I am just starting my journey as a teacher, having been a yoga practitioner since 2009 when I also started my daily yoga practice at home. I am working towards my accredited Yoga Teaching Diploma which I am planning to complete in October 2016. I also have a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and always been fascinated with body and how it works. Yoga has changed my life because it has changed my attitude towards the external world and perception of it and that is why I would like to share it with as many people as possible.
Yoga is an amazing technique which allows you to bring balance into your daily life, that is why I created Orange Lotus Yoga which I hope you are going to love and it will allow you to share my passion.
